To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below during your visit:
1.- Check-in and Check-out Hours
Check-in: From 4:00 p.m. Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
2.- Trash
It is not allowed to leave garbage bags outside the door. Please place them in the designated containers or follow the provided instructions for proper disposal.
3.- Balconies and Towels
Do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on balconies or railings.
4.- No Smoking
This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the balconies.
5.- Parties and Noise
Parties or gatherings that generate excessive noise are strictly prohibited. A peaceful and respectful environment is expected at all times, especially during nighttime hours.
6.- Condominium Bracelets (if applicable)
If you are given access bracelets upon check-in, you must return them at the end of your stay. If they are lost or not returned, an additional fee will be charged.
7.- Pets of any kind are not allowed.
